1. Who we are

phdresearch.in ("we", "us", "our") provides academic assistance services to researchers, scholars, and students — including paper formatting, editing and proofreading, research problem-statement development, thesis and dissertation support, literature-review assistance, statistical-analysis support, and journal-submission guidance. These Terms & Conditions govern the services we provide to you.

2. The nature of our services

We provide guidance, editing, and support to help you present your own research to a high standard. The research, ideas, arguments, and conclusions remain entirely yours. We do not sell pre-written original scholarship, complete graded coursework, sit assessments on your behalf, or fabricate data, results, or citations.

3. No guarantee of publication or acceptance

Our fees are charged for the assistance and effort we provide — not for any particular outcome. Specifically:

• We do not promise that any paper will be published in any journal or accepted by any publisher, editor, examiner, or institution. Those decisions rest solely with the relevant third parties.
• We do not guarantee a specific grade, a passed defense, a particular similarity score, or any other result.
• Where a paper receives reviewer or examiner comments, we can assist you in understanding and responding to those reviews, but acceptance always remains at the discretion of the journal or institution.

4. Academic integrity

You are responsible for using our assistance in a manner consistent with the academic-integrity policies of your institution, journal, or funding body. Our support is intended to strengthen how your own work is expressed and presented, not to substitute for your own scholarship.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information about your project, target journal or institution, requirements, and deadlines.
• Confirm that you have the right to share any material you send us and that it is your own work or properly attributed.
• Respond to queries and review drafts within agreed timeframes.

6. Quotes and payment

Every project is quoted individually. We provide a fixed quote before any work begins, and work commences only after you confirm the quote and make the agreed payment. Prices depend on the scope, length, complexity, and turnaround of your request.

7. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Because work typically begins promptly after your order is confirmed, payments are generally non-refundable. Please read our Refund Policy in full before ordering.

8. Revisions

Each engagement includes a structured revision round as described in your quote, so the final deliverable reflects your intent. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

9. Confidentiality

We treat your unpublished research and personal information as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not publish, share, or reuse your material except as needed to deliver your project.

10. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your research and any original content you provide. Upon full payment, the deliverables we prepare for you are yours to use for your intended academic purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for decisions made by journals, editors, examiners, or institutions, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that engagement.
