Refund Policy

1. Payments are non-refundable

All payments are non-refundable once work on your project has commenced. We begin work promptly after your order is confirmed and payment is received, so by the time a refund is requested the work has already started. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds.

2. Our fees are for assistance, not outcomes

You are paying for the professional assistance and effort our specialists provide — such as formatting, editing, structuring, and guidance — not for a particular result. In particular:

• We do not promise that your paper will be published or accepted by any journal, publisher, examiner, or institution.
• We do not guarantee any grade, acceptance, or other outcome, as those decisions are made entirely by third parties.
• A dissatisfactory decision from a journal or institution is not grounds for a refund, because the acceptance decision is outside our control.

3. Reviewer comments and revisions

If your paper receives reviewer or examiner comments, we can help you understand and respond to them. Each engagement includes the revision support described in your quote. This continued support is part of our service — the underlying payment remains non-refundable.

4. If we are unable to proceed

In the rare event that we are unable to provide any of the assistance you paid for, we will work with you in good faith to find a fair resolution, which may include completing the agreed work at another time.

5. Raising a concern
